Tents are allowed if they are tied down properly. A fire extinquisher is recommended since you will be very close to the fireworks. Participants are allowed to leave 30 minutes before the fireworks - otherwise everyone has to wait until after the gates are opened.

Free - but must obtain a car pass to enter park. Passes can be picked up from Veronica at her offices or mailed to you
